Health And Wealth - The Success Twins

True success is equated with freedom.

The freedom to do what you want to do, when you want to do it, how you want to do it and with whom you want to do it.

Wealth then, is not simply the accumulation of money, but it is the ability to live a lifestyle of freedom that you dream about. So then wealth without health is certainly not complete freedom. In fact the amount of freedom you may enjoy may be defined, even controlled by the state of your health.

Consequently it is extremely important to take care of your health as you pursue your goals and dreams in life. All too many people burn the candle at both ends, diet on junk foods and put off exercise plans until tomorrow.

Sadly when tomorrow does come, for all too many they sometimes find that instead of the freedom that they dreamed their wealth would bring them, they now have a challenge with a new kind of bondage - ill-health. But this does not have to happen to you!

You CAN stay healthy. There ARE so many things that you can do, starting TODAY to make sure that you are able to enjoy the lifestyle freedom you are dreaming about.

Eat right.
No this does not mean torturing yourself with some crazy diet plan. But it DOES mean educating yourself about what is and is not what you really want to put into your body, and FOLLOWING those guidelines.

I came across a tremendous resource that will get you started with your good health eating. You can download a Sherry Brescia's FREE Ebook Pain Free In One Day here, plus you will receive emails full of many tips, health discoveries from Sherry and so much more.

While Sherry began her research targeting digestive disorders (which she herself once suffered from), she has received countless testimonies of folk who once suffered from other diseases and found her plan worked for them too. I do recommend that you check this out and evaluate it for yourself.

Talk right.
Yes that is correct, your words DO affect your health Brain Scientists are proving more and more that the words that you think, speak and believe affect the state of your health, and your ability to recover from any disease that may attack your body.

Live right.
This includes eating right, exercising, speaking positive words AND enjoying life to the full!

In a nutshell:
Love hard, laugh hard, work hard to pursue your dreams, and play hard. Combine this with right eating, exercise and right thinking and talking and you have a great recipe for healthy living.

Notice that I said above, "work hard to pursue your dreams", not "work hard for work's sake" or "work hard to make ends meet".

Once of the most important areas of life is your goals. You must always have goals. More about that in a future post, so stay tuned.

May great health ALWAYS be yours.

A Characteristic Found In Every Successful Person

There are a few basic characteristics that all successful people have. It does not matter who you speak to, I am sure you will find that every self made millionaire has this characteristic deeply rooted into their character.

Most of these folk started with little or nothing. Some even started on the negative side, deeply in debt.

Many failed multiple times along the way. Some even declared bankruptcy more than once.

Every one of them who is successful today, made it because they would not give up.

They were all DETERMINED to win. Yes the one of the common characteristics that they all share is DETERMINATION.

  • It takes determination to stay strong in challenging times.
  • It takes determination to keep your focus on your goals and dreams when challenges arise.
  • It takes determination to pay no attention to the scoffing and negative comments that you may hear around you.

How determined are you today to reach your dreams and goals?

Let's take the challenge from those who have "made it" and win the race too!

Great Expectations

Here's a question for you:

What is the level of your expectancy in your life today?

Do you expect good things to come your way every day?

Do you fear (expect) bad things to happen?

Perhaps you have not really thought about it?

Here's a secret for you:
If you are walking in "neutral ground", you are walking in the world's default which is negative. Neutral ground is where you are just walking, not being conscious of whether you expect good things or bad things.

It takes effort to walk against the worlds tide of negative activity.

You CAN do it! How? It starts with - DESIRE.

Add DECISION - then ACTION.

Here is a great quote for you today!
Don't lower your expectations to meet your performance.
Raise your level of performance to meet your expectations.
Expect the best of yourself, and then do what is necessary to make it a reality.

Ralph Marston

Expect the best EVERY day. Better still, expect a miracle every day and you will walk in abundance.

Are You A Dreamer?

Before going any further, let's clarify one thing.

There are two kinds of dreamers:

The Day Dreamer
A day dreamer dreams of the "one day", maybe, when my winning ticket comes in. The day dreamer is full of a lot of wish thinking..

A day dreamer dreams then:
Makes no plans to speak of and takes little or no action.
Get's upset when his or her "ship" does not come in, so their dreams can't come true.

The Why Dreamer
Note: Your "why" is your life purpose, your unique reason for being on this earth. You can make a difference in this world that no one else can. This is because you are unique.

A why dreamer dreams then:

Decides that he or she WILL achieve it then --

Creates a plan of action and follows it.

Do you see the difference?

  • The definition of the Why Dreamer is full of ACTION verbs.
  • The definition of the Day Dreamer is passive.

Are you a dreamer? No, not a Day Dreamer - a Why Dreamer.

Today's challenge:
Learn to be a WHY Dreamer!
