Strategic Focus Will Attract YOUR Miracle

We live in a world where focus is almost a foreign term in so many areas of life.

When you decide to take the time to train yourself to focus strategically on your goals and dreams, you place yourself in that elite zone of successful people in life.

Five top keys to create the strategy for successful living:

  • Direct your focus. Make sure your principal focus in life is aimed at your dream. Be like a horse with blinkers on. Don't look to the right or the left, but directly (straight ahead) at your target which is your dream. This is strategic focus.
  • Discipline. It takes discipline to stay on course when you hit the mundane or difficult areas of your success journey.
  • Determination, It takes determination to keep going when things get tough. It takes determination to overcome obstacles.
  • Dedication. It takes dedication to your dream to stay on course when you have worked hard, are tired and are not yet seeing results. You will! Just don't give up. As Winston Churchill would say: Never, never, never, never give up!
  • Dream. Continually allow yourself to dream bigger. Your original dreams will grow as you pursue them.

This is what it will take to create the atmosphere in your life that WILL attract the miracles you are looking for.

Your greatest miracles in life are the achievement of your your life's dreams and goals, so:

  • Stay focused, like the horse with blinders on.
  • Direct your focus towards your dream.
  • Do after it and you WILL achieve it!

P.S. No doubt you have more than one dream. That's great. I do suggest going after one at a time.

Above all, I strongly suggest you:

  • Create a strategic plan (designed to reach your dream).
  • Focus on your plan (put everything else on the back burner for a time).
  • Take action on your plan!

Your dream is yours - go after it - and the miracle also will be yours.

Totally Responsible

There is a very alarming sounding heard across the world every day. It is the sound of too people playing the "blame game".

What is this "game"?

  • It is the game of day dreaming and complaining that your day dream does not come true.
  • It is the game of not accepting responsibility for the achievement of your dreams.
  • This game is identified by the sound of excuses and jealousy.

But I know that this is not you!

You are not a complainer - you are a champion!

The very first step that you as a champion will take (or have taken - congratulations!) is to accept full responsibility for the achievement of your dreams and your success in life.

  • Yes, your success in life is your responsibility.
  • The achievement of your why is your responsibility.
  • The achievement of your dreams is your responsibility. It is not about day dreaming. It is about dreaming and turning your dreams into goals and action.

Three action steps you can take every day that will lead you to achieving your why:

  • Write down your life purpose (you WHY) and your dreams. You will probably update this list regularly.
  • Read what you have written down and choose one are you can start working on now. Create an action plan that will lead you to achieve this one thing.
  • Divide this action plan into daily steps and take one step every day.

It will take discipline, determination and persistence to take that daily step, but this is the way to guarantee that you will achieve your dreams.

  • Take control of your life and your destiny NOW.
  • Accept the responsibility for your dreams and life purpose.
  • Take deliberate strategic action every day and you will be able to enjoy the lifestyle of your dreams.

Your Greatest Cheerleader

Do you know who your greatest cheerleader is?

You are.

Yes, you are your greatest cheerleader.

Life is like a race.
What is the finishing line? When you reach your destiny and have achieved ALL of your dreams, the finishing line is in sight.

Note: as you pursue your dreams they will grow. So don't worry about achieving your dreams early in life. When you get to that finish line, you will find another one waiting to challenge you.

There IS always more to achieve.

There are many many people who still need you!

Your dream is YOURS.
It is your responsibility. Certainly there WILL be others who will support you along the way, but here is a secret for you:

People are attracted by success,
by determination and a positive attitude.

When you are actively pursuing your dreams and life purpose with determination and faith, you will attract support.

  • Do not wait for anyone else to challenge you, challenge yourself.
  • Do not wait for anyone else to encourage you, encourage yourself.
  • Do not wait for anyone else to reward you, reward yourself.

If you stay on the sidelines waiting for someone to come and help you get started, guess when that will happen? Most probably never.

Today I read an excellent article by Frank Kern - he called it his "Rant". It is all about looking for "gurus" to help you with your online business. Even though it is talking about business, the principles that Frank talks about can be applied to any area of your life.  You can read Frank's Rant here. I am sure you will enjoy it.

The One Key That Will Make You A Winner

Paul Tournier, Swiss Physician is quoted as saying:

Sooner or later, those who win are those who think they can.

What is the one key that will make you a winner?

Paul Tournier in the quote mentioned above affirms that this key is:

Persistence.

When you resolve to never give up, you cannot help but win sooner or later.

  • A failure is not someone who tries some things that do not work.
  • A failure is someone who tries something that does not work and stays at that place. He or she gives up with the resolve that they are not able to win.

Thus a failure is a person not an act.

Paul V Harris on Twitter often tweets: You have not failed UNTIL you quit trying.

Then what does it take to win?

Never give up - persist and keep persisting until you reach your desired goal.

As Winston Churchill would say:
We shall not flag or fail. We shall go on to the end. ... We shall never surrender.
